We finally got a sunny weekend after months of rain, and the place made it easy to enjoy it. With two adults, a teenager, and a child, we each had comfortable space. We spent mornings on the terrace and evenings in the courtyard, soaking up the spring sunshine. In winter there’s a wood fire option too. You can set off on walks right from the house, and there are lovely routes toward Rochehaut and Bouillon. The castle is still a wonder at any age. The Semois runs alongside, and you can see it almost all the time.

From the terrace, the view over the Semois is stunning, and the whole place feels like a real reset. The house is comfortable, the bedding was impeccable, and everything was there for a relaxing stay. It’s in a very quiet village, near tourist attractions in Belgium and France. We were warmly welcomed, and the hostess did everything she could to make the stay go well. She’s a lovely person, a little fairy godmother. M

We felt right at home in this comfortable, beautifully decorated cottage, with everything provided. The village is peaceful and conveniently close to both Bouillon and Florenville. We also received a very warm welcome.

The view is fantastic, and there are some lovely walks in the area. The holiday home is beautiful, tidy, and has everything you need. The owner is very friendly. Highly recommended!
