Logis Beau Séjour

We shared a chocolate mousse for dessert, with whipped cream and a thin biscuit. My partner had the fish, which came whole with potatoes and cooked vegetables. It was a bit much for her, but she immediately loved the taste. I chose the roasted piglet breast, perfectly seasoned and cooked, served with potatoes and cooked vegetables. The three small starters were a toast with brie, a puff with escargot, and a mini sandwich with cream cheese and smoked ham. When we arrived for dinner at the hotel restaurant, the waiter took our coats and showed us to a table with a nice view. We were given the menu and wine list. There weren’t many choices, but there was something for every occasion, including vegetarian options.
