The Semois and Bouillon Castle views from the location are lovely, and the kitchen is well equipped. There's a Colruyt 250 metres away, restaurants within walking distance, and plenty of hiking nearby. The sleeping arrangements are uneven for six people. Four get two bedrooms with private bathrooms, while guests five and six have a tiny room without one. The bathroom has no toilet, and the two toilets are along the shared hallway. WiFi was slow and kept cutting out. One person in our group had a dust mite allergy and was bothered by the dusty couch and all the little cushions.

The place is spread over two floors, with a bedroom, toilet, shower, dining area, and fully equipped open kitchen upstairs. The castle view from there is lovely, and the decor is tasteful. Downstairs there’s another bedroom, shower, and toilet, plus an outdoor terrace. Linens are supplied. The house and its owner were both very welcoming. It’s clearly signposted, and there’s free parking nearby. Lots of places to eat, shops, and hiking trails are close by.
