I arrived at the address at the time shown in my booking, which I’d made through a well-known booking service, but nobody was there to let me in. I called the host using the number provided and got no answer. The booking service eventually helped me find another hotel. There had been no advance notice or contact. This was a disastrous way to treat a customer. I’m shocked, and can only strongly advise people against staying here.
