Booking on Airbnb cost a lot less than reserving on the owner's own site, though it didn't include breakfast. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed, plus a private bathroom with a big shower, a tub, and two sinks. It's on the top floor of a large Brussels house, about a five-minute walk from the metro, which gets you into the city center quickly. A really nice place to stay :)
