The night staff deserve a special mention. They were incredibly kind, welcoming and attentive, and made me feel safe and looked after at any hour. The rest of the team were friendly and professional, always happy to help. My room was quiet and comfortable, with a cozy bed and everything I needed. It all felt fresh and clean. B&B Hotel Central Louise is modern and well maintained, right in the heart of the city near public transport, shops and great restaurants. It offers excellent value for money. I'd happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Mr. Djilali was especially attentive and kind, and clearly dedicated to making our stay a good one. His professionalism and positive attitude made a real difference. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent. Everything was well organized. I had a wonderful stay, highly recommend the hotel, and hope to return.

The bunk bed family room worked perfectly for me, my Mum and my 7 year old son. Breakfast was included and excellent, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. It's a great, simple hotel in a central location. My only small suggestion would be to have lighter weights in the gym. I'd definitely recommend it and stay again in Brussels.

I loved having a free coffee and tea bar on each floor. I hadn't realized how much I'd need it, especially since there's no coffee or tea maker or mini fridge in the bedroom. You can use the communal fridge by the coffee bar, though. The hotel also gives you a 5 Euro credit for each day you skip room service, good for drinks or snacks at the bar. Check in and check out were easy, and the room was big and nice, with a chair, table, TV and the usual bathroom things. The staff were super friendly and spoke English. I felt very safe. There's an exercise room, movie room, and a chill room with games. The decor gives the place a hostel feel, though there were several families and children around. I was worried at first because I hadn't received an email confirmation, but I confirmed the trip through my website account and called using Google Voice to double check. The hotel is a short four minute walk from the tram and other buses, with an Aldi and Carrefour Express nearby. We used it as a base to visit the EU Parliament, several churches, a gate, museum, Grand Place and Brugges, among other places. It's not right in the middle of everything, but a short tram ride got us where we wanted to go. There's breakfast available, but I didn't try it because it was a little outside my price range. I also didn't know there would be painting work during my stay. Those were my only complaints. I'd absolutely stay again. Thank you!
