The bed linens and towels didn't smell fresh, and the first-floor bathroom had a shower with barely any water, a dripping sink tap, and a bathtub we couldn't use. We also found 3 CAMERAS in the house without being told we could be filmed. When we contacted the owner, he dismissed us on the phone and abruptly ended the conversation. Someone came to assess things, but didn't address the whole mess. Getting in was a bad start: the building hallway was dilapidated, and the handle came off in my hand when I opened the second door. Beyond it was a filthy courtyard that looked abandoned for a long time, with garbage cans piled beside open bags of potting soil. The living room had sofas with questionable stains and a small table for six in a place advertised for twelve. In the kitchen, the tap barely trickled, the dishwasher didn't work, the range hood was very greasy, the fridge had no shelves, and there was a rat trap in the corner. Avoid this listing.

We had a horrible weekend here, and the place looked nothing like the photos. The faucets were broken or unusable, with only a trickle of water, so we couldn't use them or the dishwasher. We even found a rat/mouse trap hidden behind a kitchen cabinet. This rental is unacceptable and should be avoided at all costs.

The front door of the apartment wouldn't close, and there were security cameras that weren't disclosed: one at the entrance, two in the living room, and one on each floor. They started recording as soon as someone entered a common area. It was an exceptionally unpleasant stay, and I want this review published so future travelers know the place is far from what it claims to be. The common living area was bright and well decorated, but that's where my positives ended. Despite what was stated, check-in was self-check-in. The house had very poor soundproofing: the stairs creaked, and in the bedrooms we could hear a neighbor plugging in a charger and even their amorous encounters. In the shared bathrooms, getting the shower temperature right was difficult. The taps need reconsidering because more water came out of the faucet than into the sink. The listing said cleaning was done daily, but dust had built up on the ventilation system, making me wonder how cleaning was actually handled. On the first morning, the owner took over the living room with friends, who arrived without introducing themselves. He knocked on one of our rooms to look for a free one where some of them could rest. They played music loudly while we were in the living room without checking if it bothered us. We politely asked them to turn it down, and someone did. Later, when we went downstairs to eat, we asked again. This time the owner singled us out and refused, saying the space was shared, it was 2:30 pm, and he could make as much noise as he wanted. He said we had no right to ask because he was the owner, even though we'd rented rooms. He was condescending and rather aggressive. We couldn't use the common area and ate in one of the rooms instead. When we came back that evening, bottles and fast-food wrappers were still lying around, and the living room looked like a dump. We didn't have access to all the services we were entitled to.

The owner was unfriendly, the house was dirty, and there were hidden cameras everywhere. Horrible place, avoid it at all costs and go somewhere else.
