The reception service was very good, and the neighbourhood felt safe. It’s also well connected, just 10 mins by tube to the city centre. The rooms are large and everything was very clean, though the furniture is a bit old.

I found a live bed bug on my pillow when I woke up the day after arriving. At checkout I reported everything, but got no explanation or compensation. They asked me to email evidence, which I did not hear back about. I travel a lot, and this was one of my worst experiences, mainly because the company never responded. I’d arrived at 1 a.m. to find my room beside one under maintenance, with a large hose across the corridor and constant noise. It was so late that I went to bed. The next day the Wi-Fi kept cutting out during every work meeting. Reception said there was nothing they could do. After a company dinner, I came back late and exhausted to find the hose and noise still there. Reception said they didn’t know what it was. They offered another room, but at that hour I preferred to sleep where all my belongings were. I still don’t understand why they put me beside an issue of that scale.

The room was beautiful and super comfortable, and there’s a nice bar and breakfast area. The hotel is right at METRO Station - MONTGOMERY. Every staff member I met spoke French and Englisch, and they were professional and helpful. I stayed 2 nights.

We’re very disappointed. The room smelled, and the rooms themselves are just old. For a 5 stars hotel, this wasn’t what we paid for. We don’t recommend it, and 1 ⭐️ is too much. What a pity. Family Kloosterman from Holland. We arrived at about 13:30 pm on 1e Xmas day and asked if we could check in. The man at reception was 100% unfriendly and arrogant, telling us to wait outside until 15:00 oclock. The restaurant was closed that day. We asked if we could wait inside and he said okay. We thought he didn’t want to work at Christmas, which we understand, but he didn’t need to be angry with customers. At 15:00 pm we could check in, fijn! But they said we had to pay about 200€ moor dan booking because they didn’t have the right booking number. We called Booking.com and then didn’t have to pay more. It was their mistake.
