I’ve returned to these studios several times over the years, staying for months in different years. They can be a little pricey, but the service is outstanding. It’s run by a professional company with an office on site, rather than being an Airbnb. Amandine is friendly and quick to answer questions or sort out issues. The buildings are quiet, the rooms spacious, and the weekly cleaning is excellent. Everything you need is supplied, and I appreciate that many of the staff have been with the company for years. It’s a great choice for a Brussels stay, such as a traineeship or research visit.

Our family had to cancel at the last minute after our flight was cancelled. The host kindly agreed to refund the full cost of our 3-night stay, even though they weren’t required to. I really appreciated that thoughtful gesture.

The small staircases are a bit of a drawback, especially with no elevator, so getting suitcases up to the 4th floor is a challenge. Service comes once a week if it’s included in your plan. The location is nice, and staying here gives you a good feel for the real Bruxelles flair. It’s in a picturesque building close to the jubel park.

The location is great, but the place feels managed for profit and short on care. In summer it gets unbearably hot under the roof, and the doorbell doesn’t work.

The staff are very friendly, and the apartments are spacious, nice and very clean.
