The apartment is in a quiet residential area, with plenty nearby: a butcher, greengrocer, pharmacies, supermarkets, a gym, a pizzeria, and lots of restaurants. Tram stops for lines 25 and 7 are just 10 meters away, and one goes straight to the city center and central station. The neighbors were friendly and quiet. We spent six nights there and had a fantastic stay. The apartment was spacious, bright from its large picture window, very clean, and cozy. It had everything we needed, including kitchen utensils, towels, an iron, a hairdryer, cleaning supplies, soap, and shampoo. There was heating, plus a comfortable sofa and a large, comfortable bed. The owner sent us useful information before we arrived, covering the apartment, places to visit, transport, and getting around the city. He paid attention to every detail, left us coffee, tea, sugar, sweets, and fruit as a welcome gift, and was always ready to help with questions. The price was affordable too. I highly recommend staying here, and I'll definitely come back to this apartment when I'm in Brussels again. It's perfect.
