Guesthouse Bxlroom

Though the street is lively, with restaurants and bars just outside, our room at the back was a peaceful little refuge. We could hear birds and wind in the trees. There’s no air conditioning, and we arrived during a heatwave, but the room fan and windows opening onto a lovely courtyard made for a comfortable night. We didn’t feel hot at all. The bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and the hosts went out of their way to make us welcome. Highly recommend this place in Brussels.

The room was cozy and quiet, a nice break from the busy city, and the host was very kind. It’s affordable and in a great location, and the cat is a big bonus.

The guest house was clean and nicely decorated, with a beautiful courtyard, and we felt right at home. Edmund was a wonderful, attentive host who thoughtfully answered all our questions, and the cats were a delight. It’s in the heart of Brussels, with easy access to everything the city has to offer.

Our room was roomy and comfortable, with soft lighting, a larger than usual bed, and a private balcony with chairs and shade. In the common area there was coffee, tea, food, and two adorable cats. One morning Edmund even baked croissants for the guests and shared some of the tomatoes he grows. His advice and knowledge of the city made our Brussels visit one of our favorite vacations. Without that, it would have been an ordinary trip. The Guesthouse itself and Edmund’s recommendations made the experience sensational. If you’re wondering about staying here, I can’t recommend it enough. I’d give it 100/10, and if I return to Brussels, this is the only place I’ll stay.
