Beds weren’t very comfortable, and the materials are old. Even the towels, though clean, were really worn. A maid opened our door and came into the room in the morning, waking us up. Still, the location is perfect, the price was good, and room plus breakfast was among the cheapest in the area. The staff were professional, and it’s a decent choice for the neighbourhood.

The friendly staff were helpful, and when we arrived early they stored our bags for free and let us check in an hour before the official time at no extra charge. We had a city view, which I liked. Breakfast was decent and varied, about what you’d expect from a 3-star hotel. The location worked well for our visit, between the central square and the EU parliament. The metro is right in front, with line 6 going to Mini-Europe park and Gare du Midi. The furniture mixes newer and older pieces and could use improvement. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, since I could feel my partner move, and I would have preferred two blankets on the large bed.

The little elevator was especially interesting, though it only just works. The hotel is generally nice, and breakfast is included in the room price. Its location is very good, close to the city centre, with the metro just a few steps from the entrance.

The breakfast was okay, and the room was large. The cleaning team clearly missed a few things. It’s very close to port de Namur station.
