The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and our Audrey Hepburn suite was roomy and nice, if sparse on amenities. The courtyard-facing room was a bit noisy, though it was Hazz festival weekend, so that's understandable. Breakfast was adequate, nothing special. Arriving was awkward. The entrance is poorly marked and there was no doorman to help with the car and luggage. The front desk is up an escalator, with no real lobby or entrance area. The air conditioning never cooled the room, even though it wasn't hot. The clientele and general feel seemed closer to a Holiday Inn Express or budget Marriott. I expected more and felt a little disappointed at each turn. Compared with other places I've stayed in Europe, I wouldn't call this a luxury hotel.

The rooms are spacious and good, and the staff are friendly and do their best to make the stay comfortable. It's in a safer part of Brussels, though people do approach you for money right outside the hotel. Prices were decent, and breakfast was okay. There isn't much of a luxury feel here, and the AC is a real pain: it either doesn't work or won't go below a certain temperature. The hotel seems very family friendly and well suited to hosting conferences.

My stay was very pleasant, with great amenities and an excellent location. The rooms were comfortable and well kept. The shower gel and hand wash hadn't been refilled, but the kind, attentive staff took care of it promptly. I only wish I could control the room temperature better. It got a bit too warm at times, and the air conditioning didn't cool it down much.

The location was excellent, in a nice high end neighborhood near a metro stop, and about a 15 minute walk to the old town. The hotel itself was beautiful and very comfortable. Staff were fantastic, warm and kind, always smiling. Breakfast was good quality.
