Good business flats in a good location.

The room is large, and the kitchenette lets you do proper cooking. I was on the top floor and had a lovely terrace overlooking the street, which is quiet apart from when the drunk casino patrons come out. By casino, I mean the strip clubs and saunas open from 10 PM to 4 AM. After 10 PM, prostitutes come to work on the main street, Avenue Louise, which is considered “noble.” The shops for the world's best-known brands are just beyond. It calls itself a residence but has no reception, so there's nobody to ask for help. The keys are only available from the cleaning lady, and I have to wait for her to arrive. Cleaning during my three-week stay happened only before I left and cost me €30. Linen changes were the same, and I had to take them to the cleaners. They didn't even leave me a broom to clean the apartment.

There’s a huge terrace, and the apartments are small but cute, nicely equipped and pleasant. They’re on the top floor of an 1980s building, close to a tram stop and about five minutes from the metro.
