Prestige Flats Coteaux

The room was cold at night because the heating didn’t work, and it was falling apart despite the cleaning being adequate. The mold all over the walls is a serious concern, and the place is far too expensive for what it offers. There wasn’t even a roll of toilet paper. Also, they require a €50 deposit and supposedly return it when you leave, but don’t tell you about it beforehand. If you don’t have cash, you’ll be stuck. Just something to know.

We arrived to find garbage already there, and the kitchen had dirty pans, plates, and cutlery for one person. The cleanliness was terrible. Not recommended.

The bathroom was dirty enough that a couple checking in ahead of us complained about it. The kitchen was in terrible shape too, and there are four floors with no elevator.

A one-star rating is the lowest I can give. The listing doesn't match where you end up: after booking this place, they sent us to another location beside Hotel Prestige. It smelled musty, was badly cleaned, and the way in was up a dark, steep staircase. The bathroom had mold and barely any water pressure. Felt like a rip-off.
