Smart appart - City center

My flight was suddenly cancelled, making it physically impossible to reach the hotel. I contacted management immediately and provided proof, but they refused any compromise. Nathalie in particular insisted on keeping all the money for a stay I couldn't use through no fault of my own. They wouldn't offer even a partial refund or let me change the dates. Hiding behind a “non-refundable policy” while showing no basic empathy or care is appalling. If travel plans go wrong, this place may simply keep your money and stop communicating. Unprofessional and greedy. I'd strongly advise travellers to avoid it.

It smelled really bad. Stay away.

We stayed in the apartment with friends from 20.05-23.05. The kitchen was equipped and there was always hot water, but the cleanliness was questionable. The sewage smell was disgusting, and one of the rooms was literally in the basement, something the description never mentioned. The area was dirty, noisy, and awful. Women were outside the front door around the clock and made it hard to get into the apartment. There was loud talking and shouting all day and night. Suspicious men in cars and on motorbikes kept arriving, taking the women away, then coming back. I wouldn't recommend it.

Everything else was good, but I didn't like having to stay on the fourth floor with no elevator.
