Smart Appart Gare Du Midi

There were only three coffee pods for two nights, which felt pretty poor. The cookware was disgusting, and the bed was damaged and hurt my back. We also couldn't get in easily: there was no keypad on the door, and nobody we could reach to give us a key. I wouldn't recommend it.

The location was the one good thing. We had to find the assigned apartment ourselves on arrival, and the pictures were misleading. We never actually saw the apartment shown online, even though we stayed for a week. When we opened up the bed, it was dirty. We reported that and the broken bathroom lock, but nobody came at any point during our seven-day stay. There were just two towels for the whole week, with no extra for hands, face, or hair. The heat was unbearable because our apartment was right beside the boilers, with no way to get away from it. It was in a basement, which meant going up and down stairs constantly, and that hadn't been mentioned. The windows couldn't be opened because the interior courtyard was full of dust. A really disappointing experience.

We had a good time overall, though the cleaning could've been better.

The room was really comfortable, and the location was great. A very nice place.
