Zoom Hotel

We had the most perfect night. The desk staff helped us out when we forgot our adaptor and found one for us to use. The bed was really comfortable, though we could have used more pillows. Main sights and attractions are an easy walk away. Would return 😊

The staff were what we loved most. The room smelled of old, dusty fabric and had no ventilation, so we had to open the window for fresh air and still didn't sleep well. The floors were also super squeaky, which got annoying.

The woman at breakfast was the only one I'd like to thank. She was genuinely kind and cheerful. The email reply we got later was more courteous, but the damage had already been done. Although the hotel wasn't fully booked, we were put in room 108C, directly below a bar. A party upstairs kept us awake until around 3:30 AM, and the windows barely blocked the sound. We tried calling reception, but nobody answered. When we raised it the next morning, the response was cold and dismissive. It felt like we were being blamed just for explaining what happened. They made it clear they didn't think it was their fault and left us to deal with it. I don't recommend this hotel.

The room was nice, though the floor made a bit of noise when walking on it. The people working there were very kind, and the location is good, close to public transport. A bit pricey by Greek standards, but I was very happy with the stay.
