A friendly family-run hotel with a nice pool. The hours are a bit of a shame for late arrivals, though: the sauna shuts at 6 p.m. and the pool at 8 p.m.

There was no Wi-Fi in the rooms, and the owner said it was a known issue that isn't mentioned on the website. When I got in touch to report it, I was told they were busy and sorry. The place felt like a ghost hotel running itself, with no reception and no proper response in an emergency.

Breakfast was pretty good, and the hotel has a nice pool and sauna. The shower cost it a star: brown cleaning residue came out of the walls for the first few minutes.

The bed was the only letdown. Otherwise, I loved the pool and the bright, open feel of the lovely location.

A quiet, pleasant spot for a short stay.
