This was our fourth time staying at Ara Dune Hotel. We always get a great welcome, and the rooms feel cosy and inviting. It's a great place to stop on the way to or from the ferry at Dunkirk.

The friendly staff and the cats greeting visitors outside gave this lovely, idyllic little hotel a nice atmosphere. Breakfast was simple but good, with local jams, croissants, and scrambled eggs made from real eggs, a nice touch. We also really appreciated being able to find a place to charge our car overnight. Definitely worth a visit.

The little surprises around the place made the stay feel special. Everything was spotless, and the staff were genuinely friendly. Alvin was incredibly helpful throughout. This is how an independent hotel ought to be. Applying Stardust to my entire stay...

Waking up to sheep grazing beside the hotel, with a view over the dunes, was such a lovely start to the day. We had a large, clean room with nice linens and Clarins products, a real treat for women. Breakfast was generous and the coffee was good. The staff were friendly, and the small bistro serves Flemish dishes cooked beautifully. We’ll book again.
