I was traveling between Brussels, Gant, Amberes, and other places, and this hotel made a great stop midway for the price and quality. It's right by the highway. Close by in the rest area there's a store, gas station, and restaurant. The hotel was clean, the service was good, and the rooms were large.

The staff have all been exceptionally friendly, polite, flexible, and responsive, and I'd definitely recommend staying here if you're traveling to the Dilbeek area. My late arrival was easy to handle. The desk was ready for me, with my room key already waiting. The rooms are kept immaculately. The bed was very comfortable, the pillows were good, and there were plenty of blankets. The shower and bathroom were nice and very clean. Breakfast each morning had a good range of decent food, and the coffee was great.

We left at 7:00 AM because the room was so uncomfortable. We'd specifically booked a room with two beds and accessible features, but when we arrived at 2:30 AM, we were given a room with just one bed. The shower was clogged, making it very difficult for my son, who uses a wheelchair, to bathe properly. The room didn't meet our expectations for comfort or accessibility. For a hotel meant to accommodate all guests, this was unacceptable. I hope management takes more care to honor bookings and ensure good maintenance and accessibility for future guests.

Prices listed at the shop are fake, since you pay more at the counter. The woman working there was really rude and seemed not to care about her job, probably because she's underpaid. You also pay 0,80€ to use the toilet, which I wouldn't mind if it weren't absolutely disgusting inside. You can get 0,50€ back if you buy something, but then they overcharge you for it, so it makes no difference. What a joke.
