The stay ended on a disappointing note. Our deposit wasn’t returned within the seven days stated in the rental conditions. We had to contact the owners several times, and it seemed like they were putting things off for another two weeks, asking us to provide the bank details again. We’d already left a complimentary Booking.com review of the property and location, and couldn’t edit it afterward to warn others about the slow deposit return. Be careful if you’re thinking of booking this property.

Isabelle was kind and welcoming, and we had really good contact with her. She replied quickly to our messages and even sent the things we’d forgotten back to the Netherlands. The house itself was clean, beautiful, and had an authentic style, right in the middle of Dinant. We had a great time, and would definitely stay there again if we return to Dinant. :)

A charming, nicely decorated place right in the center of Dinant, and well equipped too. We felt at home straight away. Congratulations to the hosts!
