Les Voisins De Mr Sax

The owner was easy to communicate with, and the instructions for getting into the room were clear and simple. The room itself was nice and clean, with an excellent location and a superb view from the window. The shower was okay, but I couldn’t connect to the wifi. Parking is wherever you can find a spot on the street. Parking in Dinant is free from 6pm to 9am and paid after that. I’d recommend this property.

We had a room facing the shops, and it wasn’t noisy. The kitchen looks out over the river, so breakfast there comes with a great view. The location is excellent, and the rooms and toilets are clean and a good size. The owner left useful notes about recommended restaurants and other information. The stairs are a bit narrow, but manageable, especially compared with the narrower ones at our previous Airbnb. I’ll definitely stay here again!

The location was fabulous, and we loved Dinant. We stayed in the private house on the top floor, which had plenty of room for our family of five and was comfortable. The host was great and very helpful. There was coffee in the common area, and we could open the large window for fresh air and a view of the river and bridge. We highly recommend staying here!

Nice location, but I wouldn’t recommend it for families. Couples without many demands should be fine. The owner is nice, but isn’t there, so you have to call him. English is okay. There’s no service or breakfast, just a place to sleep and shower, and that’s too expensive for what you get.
