Aux Saveurs d'Enneille

We really enjoyed our stay. It was peaceful and comfortable, with a lovely view, and everything was very clean. Breakfast was great too.

It was okay, though we're used to something better.

The price felt far too high for what we got, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here again. The owner seemed to have very little trust in us and didn’t have the spirit I’d expect from someone running a guesthouse. We were woken at 6 in the morning because of noise. Guests had to ask for the noise to be reduced, rather than the owner taking responsibility for it. The welcome was very unpleasant, and the owner received us badly. Our room was mediocre: the bed was very small, the bathroom poorly lit, and the shower was poor quality. The water wasn’t very hot either. Breakfast was extremely limited, with par-baked rolls and croissants.

The hostess was very friendly and helpful, and arriving late worked out fine after a quick phone call. It was handled well, despite what I’d read in other reviews. The location is handy if you’re going to an event or working at WEX, less than a fifteen-minute drive away. The room was basic but very clean. It was cold when I arrived, and turning the heating up to five barely warmed it. Apparently it could be adjusted, but I hadn’t known that. Breakfast was simple and more than enough. For this category, I’d give the place two stars and a 3.5/5.
