Gîte Bucolique- Belle Epoque

The host, Jeremy, was so welcoming and put on an amazing breakfast. Our cosy room had everything we needed to feel at home. Highly recommend!

After a three-hour drive, we were nearly at the property when, five minutes after the official check-in time, we were told our stay was cancelled because the room had been double-booked. They didn’t offer us another solution. Instead, they told us to cancel through Booking for a refund and left us to find somewhere else ourselves. This was New Year’s Eve, and we were traveling with our dog, when finding a last-minute place is nearly impossible. We’d booked almost two months ahead, so there was plenty of time to tell us if they couldn’t host us. Cancelling at the last second showed no professionalism or consideration for guests. Avoid if you value reliability and basic respect.

The garden is so relaxing and the room is beautiful. This was our second stay, and we’ll definitely come back again. Big thanks to Jeremie for the friendly service.

Hi everyone. This was my first time at this B&B, and I loved the hospitality and service. It’s a beautiful house with comfortable rooms. I chose the Blue room, which has a big room and a small room. There’s heating in the bathroom and the small room, but it doesn’t reach the big room, which stayed cold even with the extra blanket they gave me. Next time I go, it’ll be in summer. It was a cold night for me.
