The staff were friendly, and I had a great Japanese head spa and relaxing Thai massage. I’d definitely recommend it!

The place was cosy and good value, but it took about an hour to walk from the station. It felt more like an Airbnb than a proper hotel, with shared areas and no real front desk. The walls were so thin we could hear everything, including other guests using the bathroom. Our ceiling light didn’t work, and at first half the room was locked. The owner asked for extra money to open it. They only called back to apologise and unlock the rest after we said we would contact Booking.com.

A really nice Airbnb, and very clean. The hosts are a lovely couple. I’d recommend staying here to all my friends who visit Ghent.
