The room was nice, and the service through the apps was good. It was the cheapest place I found for a couple of days in Ghent, though it still wasn’t very cheap. The stairs are really tiny, and there’s no elevator.

The room cost a lot for an uncomfortable stay. Both the bedroom and bathroom were tiny, and your knees are definitely against the wall when you sit on the toilet. The stairs are very steep and narrow. By the time you get your suitcases up, there may not be enough space to open them.

There was no service at all during our five-day stay, and the sink stayed clogged because they never sent a plumber. Also, the stairs up to the fourth floor are very steep and only about 0.5 m wide, with 65 steps. I wouldn’t recommend it if you have more than carry-on luggage.

I regret booking this place. I didn’t see the earlier comments, and the stay spoiled my experience in the city. We were in Room 4 of WAY SWEET DREAMS. Check-in only starts at 5 pm, and the only support is a chat on their website. The phone number listed didn’t work. Right after checking in, we found the shower drain was clogged. We tried to get help around 6 pm and got no reply, so we couldn’t shower that night. The next day there was still no response until we went to a café owned by the same company to ask for help. We finally got a call from the accommodation around 12:30, but communication was still a struggle afterward. Nobody has come in person to sort out our problem. This is a hotel with no service.
