The location is lovely, breakfast was proper and delicious, and the staff were very friendly. Still, those positives don't change my mind: I won't come back. We stayed for two nights and had both a good and bad experience. Check-in was easy, and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. But two bulbs in our room didn't work, leaving guests to take care of facility maintenance. How is that acceptable? More seriously, an emergency exit was locked, even though this is a hotel where seminars are held, possibly even safety seminars. We told the staff, but I don't know what they did, and nothing had changed by the next day. Management needs to train staff on what to do and take action. A locked emergency exit is an absolute no-go. The room was also more like a sauna than a hotel room in summer. The fan didn't help much, and opening the window was useless because the insect screen was out of order. That left us with sleepless nights. Providing air conditioning would be the right measure, but that's the management's choice. Good times are gone.

There are about 30 rooms where guests can stay after an event. The catering is very good, and the staff are very helpful. V-Formation and Art Of Food catering are worth checking out. The event space is clean and versatile, great for meetings, presentations, weddings, parties and team building. The outdoor area is great too!

The hotel is in the forest, so getting there is difficult without a car. It's an option if you're looking for a quiet place to sleep. The rooms are comfortable and breakfast was good, but this is a place to sleep, not a big luxury hotel.

It's a lovely place for a party or a stay, in a calm, green area. The place is very clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
