The breakfast was delicious, with local products and something different each day of our several-night stay. The hostess was friendly, helpful, and eager to please. This beautifully renovated old farmhouse is set in complete seclusion, with just a few rooms, so there aren't many other guests to share the spaces with. We were lucky to have most of the shared areas to ourselves. Inside, everything is very well kept, with a cozy fireplace and a lovely heated pool that opens onto the garden. The grounds are great for walks, and the long drive lined with magnificent trees gives you a sense of the beautiful setting from the start.

The hosts give you a warm welcome and serve a delicious breakfast made with local products, then leave you in peace if that's what you prefer. They're also happy to suggest things to do around the region, which has plenty of fascinating activities. Maastricht, Aachen, and Liège are all about a half-hour drive away. The hostess's eye for design and interiors pairs beautifully with the host's craftsmanship. Together they've made a lovely place to unwind, whether that's walking in nature, swimming in the indoor pool with its view of the orchard, reading by the fireplace or on the terrace overlooking the rolling garden, or just enjoying the room's decor. A top address for anyone who values quality, thoughtful design, and peace and quiet.

The host stays discreet so you can relax, but is there if you need anything. The secluded setting near the orchard has that romantic feel, and the atmosphere is peaceful and quiet. I'd recommend it. Just keep in mind that breakfast is the only meal served, so plan ahead if you prefer to stay in.

A little slice of paradise. I'd recommend it without hesitation!
