We never got to stay. I booked two rooms with friends, everything was confirmed, and they even let us add another day. A month or more later, both of us received emails saying our bookings had been cancelled because of “overbooking.” After arranging the refunds through the third-party booking sites, we saw both rooms listed online again for four times the price. They lied about cancelling to try to get more money. Scummy business tactics with no regard for customers. In the end, it was a blessing in disguise, since we found a better place elsewhere.

The manager helped us switch to a different room. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, with modern, well-working air conditioning. It’s in a great spot in Battice.
