Les Coteaux du Vinave

I first stayed here in 2024 and liked it, so I returned in 2025. That turned out to be a terrible mistake. I'd booked the Deluxe Double Room, but was assigned the Family Room, which is much smaller, has no bathtub, wasn't very clean, and has an uncomfortable, very steep staircase up to the bedroom. The owner presented it as an upgrade, which it clearly wasn't. When I pointed out that I'd reserved a different room and was a returning customer, the owner said they don't receive room details from Booking and don't know which rooms guests select. That's very hard to believe when the prices differ by room. I felt scammed. I got the room I'd paid for starting the second night, but I'm still trying to get a partial refund for the first, since I was unfairly overcharged. The Family Room also had mould all over the blinds, stained sheets, broken AC and Wi-Fi, no hair dryer, and spider webs in various spots in the upstairs bedroom. In all the rooms, you only get a tiny 10ml soap packet, so bring your own toiletries. I asked for more and didn't receive any. Breakfast costs EUR 18 and must be paid in cash.
