The train runs right by the building, and you can hear it in the room. Music from the bar downstairs keeps playing after 10 PM. There’s no check-in lobby, and there was no check-out either. Every door was locked, the building was empty, and I was trapped inside. The emergency exits were blocked. I eventually got out by jumping through a window. I’ll never come back, and I don’t recommend it. This is a restaurant and bar with rooms upstairs, not a hotel.

I never got into my room because no code for the keybox was sent to me. There wasn’t a phone number I could call when I arrived, since they didn’t answer calls before 5 pm. I had to go to another hotel and lost the prepaid booking.

The room got really warm because there’s no way to turn down the heating. Opening the windows was the only option, which isn’t what you want in 2025. The hotel itself is nice.

No check-in details, no staff or reception, and no working phone number. I arrived after paying and couldn’t get in. My emails and calls went unanswered. Don’t book. This isn’t a hotel, it’s irresponsible and feels borderline fraudulent. Avoid it.

There’s no reception or office to ask for help, and the music downstairs was so loud I couldn’t sleep until 4 am. I’d rather have slept in the street. Then, after all that, I woke up to take a bath and found no shower water, as shown in the video below. Worst hotel experience ever.
