2/10
The cottage was very poorly cleaned, and the owner showed no interest in what we had to say. When the boiler leaked during our stay, we had to shut off the main valve and were left without water. The owner arrived half a day later and spent another half day on repairs, insisting on handling it herself and refusing to call a professional plumber. We lost a full day of our week’s holiday, and she wouldn’t compensate us. We even had to drive to the village to use a toilet. One star is too generous.

There’s a huge garden, and the beautiful holiday home is charming and well maintained, with everything you need. A real winner and a top recommendation for a holiday.

A beautiful, spacious garden, perfect for tossing a frisbee.
