There are restaurants in Achouffe and nearby towns just a short drive away, and Nissarat dam makes for a pleasant walk. We had a relaxed weekend there with friends. The gite is large and simple, which suited our group well.
The mattresses were comfortable, and it works well for a big group. It had almost everything we needed.
We could settle in and enjoy ourselves without having to worry about logistics, thanks to the ideal location. The owner was welcoming and helpful, and the cottage was spotless. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, worked properly, and the equipment was flawless.
There are several clean bedrooms and plenty of showers and toilets. The chalet has a big kitchen for 16 people or a few more. It’s spacious, but nothing fancy.
It’s run by a friend. The owner was there, and the place was clean, surrounded by greenery. Lots of walks nearby, and plenty more to do.
