The staff at reception and in the restaurant were so friendly, open and ready to help. Their hospitality and service made me want to smile the whole time. We had a huge, comfortable room with a gigantic bed, a double-head shower, a bubble bath and a cute balcony. Dinner was a delicious three-course meal. Crème brûlée isn't usually my favorite, but everything else was amazing. Breakfast had an incredibly broad selection, with just about anything you could think of, and it all tasted fresh and natural. The hotel was wonderfully cozy, and the food was impeccable.

We all really appreciated the extra effort the staff made for our group of five. Jerry the Innkeeper was there to greet us even though we arrived late on our first night, and he and his team had set out drinks and a deluxe charcuterie board on the coffee table by the fireplace. Such a great place to stay, with a lovely atmosphere.

I needed somewhere peaceful to focus for a morning, and this hotel was just right. The atmosphere was calm, the staff were welcoming and accommodating, and the service was impeccable. They made me feel supported despite my unusual request. A wonderful hotel, and thank you for the excellent hospitality.

The room was clean, with a very spacious bathroom, and parking was easy. The location was handy for visiting the war memorials in Bastogne. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We wouldn't recommend eating at the hotel, but there are plenty of nearby restaurants within walking distance.

We explored the Ardennes as a group of eight at the beginning of June, and this was my favorite place to stay. The rooms were very nice, the restaurant was good, and they put on a nice breakfast. The owner Terry is on site most days. Across the street, by the Our river, there's a lovely, very chill beer garden, and they make great pizza there too.
