Les cabanes de Rensiwez

We rented a cabin on the cliff, and it was an amazing experience. The hut was really clean and cozy, just fantastic.

We stayed in cabin Beatrice and loved the whole experience. It's so cozy, the surroundings are beautiful, and the cabin was clean. The kitchen has everything you need for a few days, and the bed was really comfortable. We asked them to heat the Nordic bath, and relaxing under the stars was delicious. It was my birthday, and the staff kindly gave me a small cake and beers as a gift, which I really appreciated! :) Highly recommended if you want to relax and disconnect.

Staying at Les Cabanes de Rensiwez for the weekend left me feeling refreshed. The Belgian countryside around it was beautiful and peaceful, a welcome break from everyday bustle. Lush greenery and a quiet lake set the tone as soon as I arrived. The treehouses were a highlight, comfortable and adventurous at the same time, with rustic character alongside modern amenities. Having coffee on the deck in the morning while listening to nature was unforgettable. Sunlight coming through the trees made the place feel like a fairytale. There was plenty to do outside. I walked scenic trails, kayaked on the lake, and spent time simply enjoying the fresh air. The calm setting was also good for slowing down, whether reading by the water or meditating to birdsong. At sunset the evenings felt magical, with the stars coming out. A cozy dinner with friends around the fire pit made it even nicer to share the experience with nature and each other. It was a great mix of adventure and rest, and I left feeling recharged and inspired. I'm already looking forward to visiting again.

We ended up spending so much time reading and taking in the view that we had to talk ourselves into going out for a walk. The beds were excellent, the service was first-rate, and there was plenty around the house to make the stay comfortable. The design really impressed us. The builders seemed to shape the house around the natural surroundings instead of clearing them away. The baths are beautiful, and a little soap for proper bubble baths would be a nice touch. One thing that may surprise some visitors: Dutch seems to be the main language in this part of Wallonia. ^^
