The food and service were disappointing during our school trip. Even though the hotel had been told well in advance how many vegetarian students were coming, their meals were repeatedly late and had very little variety. A few times it was just rice and beans, while the other students got more complete meals. Breakfast had no non-dairy milk alternatives either. Things seemed poorly organized in general. Several children got ill during the stay, which worried both parents and teachers. The hotel wasn't prepared well enough for a large school group.

The rest of the stay was fine, and breakfast was a bit crowded. Only 2 out of 5 coffee machines were working, so there were queues. We booked a night mainly to use the sauna, but it was completely closed for our whole stay. Check before booking!

A nice setting, especially for anyone who enjoys walking, and the rooms were quite nice too. There was a good range of buffet food, though I'd favor better quality over such a big selection.

There were lots of children, and one of them was running riot through the corridors on a skateboard. I even fell over him as I got out of the lift! The buffet dining isn't really to my taste. This is a great place if you like a family hotel.

We had a really relaxing swim. It was very quiet, with not too many people, and both pools were a calming temperature. There are two big pools, one suited to kids and the other to teens and adults. I'd recommend it if you're in the area.
