The garden and the quiet setting made this B&B feel so peaceful, and there are some lovely walking paths nearby. Our room was comfortable and well equipped, and breakfast was delicious. The owners were kind and attentive throughout. We had an amazing stay and I'd happily recommend it.

You can have a drink in the little old café inside, which has a real feel of earlier times. The house is authentic and sits next to the church of Merkem, where the pastor used to live. Both the B&B and breakfast were excellent, and the hosts were so friendly. Highly recommended!

The bedrooms were spacious, tidy and clean, with an en suite bathroom. We got a warm welcome, and the breakfasts were generous and delicious.

Even two years later, I still remember this stop from our cycle tour of Europe. The town felt off the beaten track, and the service was superb. We were comfortable there.
