The heaters were off, so it was cold inside too, and the wall remote did nothing. Getting into the hotel was the bigger problem: I got no instructions, and nobody picked up during normal check-in hours. On Saturday at 3:30, I stood outside in the cold and called ten times. The directions I eventually got were unfriendly, with accusations on top of that. If you don't need to stay nearby, don't book here. The service was awful.

The rooms are big, and I slept well despite the beds being a little hard. Just be careful about arriving late: there's no night reception, so you'll need to ask for an access code. In the morning, having no reception was especially frustrating when there was no hot water.

It was quiet and near the Park, and the rooms were clean and good. Breakfast was very poor, though, and there's nobody at reception after 5 pm. I also found the heating system a little complicated to start or adjust.
