The region was fun to explore, and the interior was very clean.

The villa was comfortable and very nice, with lovely views and beautiful surroundings.

We had a great stay with our family and friends. The house is magnificent, and the views across the Flemish Ardennes are lovely. There's also a forest nearby with several walking trails. We'd happily come back.

The villa is in a beautiful spot, and the living room downstairs is nicely furnished, but maintenance let the place down. The kitchen is only partly renovated and has no microwave. From the master bedroom, you look onto the terrace and bins that the previous guests hadn't fully emptied. Its attached bathroom had taps that didn't work properly and only cold water. With eight of us, the hot water was gone after three showers. Upstairs, the three bedrooms were sparsely furnished. The bathroom meant for six people had a broken toilet lid, a poor quality shower, and too few towels to keep it clean. The biggest problem was all the dead and live flies, in the bathroom light and across the floor. There must be a nest under the roof somewhere, because flies kept dropping down even after we vacuumed several times. We tried contacting the owner before, during, and after the stay. They weren't there when we arrived, and didn't take our complaints seriously. It's a well located villa, but badly maintained.
