A lovely woman hosted us at this charming little place. It’s very nice, though taller people might find the bathroom a bit of an issue.

After years of staying in B&Bs, which we usually love, this was a poor fit for our expectations. The hosts came across as unpleasant and greedy, and there was neither breakfast nor a shower.

We were there for a week and felt right at home. Our room was cozy, thoughtfully furnished, and kept spotless. The landlady was warm and very helpful, answering everything we asked. Villa Maxim is tucked among single-family homes, so it’s peaceful despite being central. It’s easy to walk to both the beach and town center, and the quiet streets are lovely for walks where you barely run into anyone. You can vary your route and keep finding something new. Thanks so much ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The beds were great, and the setting is beautiful and quiet. We got a warm welcome, a tasty breakfast, and a helpful explanation of Koksijde with a map. Definitely worth it. Thx.

It’s a peaceful, tucked-away spot, and everything was really clean. We were welcomed fantastically by people who were incredibly friendly. I’d definitely recommend it for a quiet getaway :-)
