Don't book this house! This host is very bad. We'd booked with check-in at 12 o'clock, but when we arrived he said we couldn't get in until 4 o'clock, so we had to wait four hours. We were supposed to check out at 18.00pm on Sunday, but he told us to leave by 11.30am instead. He made extra reservations with other guests on both Friday and Sunday. He said we were unlucky, but had to leave, or we wouldn't get our €1000,- deposit back. Don't trust this guy. All he thinks about is making money, without thinking about his clients.

The garden and pool are lovely, and it’s a peaceful, welcoming place where you quickly feel at home. This is a small family hotel with just ten rooms and a really good restaurant. There’s a great range of wines, beers, rums, and whiskies, too. The rooms are on the small side, but they’re cosy.

Dinner was delicious, and I’d recommend trying it. The hotel is well placed between La Roche and Durby. The rooms are nice, though, as other reviews have mentioned, they could use some renovation (2nd June 2010). I’d stay here again.
