The apartment is spacious, and the house is in a genuinely central spot. But a lot of the details felt pretty mediocre: the dining table was sticky and dirty, there was a note charging €0.50 per coffee pad and a warning about €1 for each towel provided, and there was no sugar, cream, or oven-safe dish. The bathtub had no plug, and the foam pillows were about as uncomfortable as they come.

Plenty of room for the price, and the location is hard to beat. A great fit if you're into the seventies.

We ended up singing karaoke, which made for a fantastic evening 🤣. The team were really welcoming and friendly. 👍

The service was friendly, and the plat du jour had a surprise in store: confit de canard for 18 euros. I'd rate it 7/10. Still, the room felt cold and not very cozy, so the place came across as a fairly ordinary brasserie.

The Ardennes platter cost far too much for what we got, and after the experience we paid to go have a drink somewhere else. The welcome was curt, our waiter seemed listless and unfriendly, and he got a simple order wrong. He also served us without a mask. I don't usually complain, and we weren't the only ones :)
