Boutique Hotel Annamaes

We arrived late at night, but the staff were very flexible and kind. They helped us over the phone and there was no problem at all. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the restaurant has a beautiful river view.

I've already stayed here twice, and on my first visit they gave me a great tour of the brand new hotel. The team and owner are super friendly and made us feel welcome right from check-in. The rooms are modern and comfortable, and it's calm, about 8min outside Maastricht city centre. Breakfast was very rich and nicely served, and the underground parking was nice. I'll absolutely come back!

A modern, luxury hotel with friendly, helpful staff. They're super professional, and the buffet breakfast was divine. Can't wait to visit again!

The facilities are pretty new, clean, and nice. Flow restaurant was very good and breakfast was excellent. The beds had some kind of jersey sheet, or so the staff called it. It felt more like a mattress protector, and I first thought they'd forgotten the sheet. They said the laundry had given them these once and that they didn't like them either, which was odd to hear. I've never slept on that kind of sheet before. It was very uncomfortable, with a synthetic, linty feel. The showers were small and uncomfortable, separate from the bathroom, and there was nowhere inside to hang your things. That made privacy an issue when staying with friends or family, since you pretty much have to leave your towel and clothes outside in the hotel room. As for the concierge and staff, we had to wait because they weren't easy to find.
