We booked and paid for two separate single beds in room 416, but were given a different room with one double bed. The hotel had made the mistake, yet reception wouldn’t take responsibility or offer a proper solution, saying they were fully booked. They also cited a lack of cleaning staff. Those are not the guest’s problem. Providing the room type that was sold is a basic responsibility. I’ve stayed in many hotels, and usually staff act promptly when something like this happens. Here, even after I explained the situation, there was no professional, solution-oriented response or concern for guest satisfaction. The experience left me feeling that reservations and customers aren’t respected, and that professionalism and service are seriously lacking. I won’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it.

The train makes getting to Brussels Airport easy, and the station is only a few minutes’ walk away. That convenience was the best part. Service was very friendly, and the Radisson Rewards recognition was a nice touch, with chocolates or a drink voucher. The room was clean and comfortable, with a powerful shower, and I enjoyed the good range of TV channels, including BBC.

For a place carrying this brand name, the experience felt more like a budget hotel. The property’s cleanliness and upkeep left a lot to be desired, and the service was poor. Staff seemed indifferent to guests’ comfort and requests. I wouldn’t recommend Park Inn by Radisson Leuven or stay there again.

The meals were very nice, and breakfast was really good. It’s also well located near town, and the service was great, thanks. This was my first time here. I might have given the room five stars, but the cleaning wasn’t great: there was hair on the sink and bathroom walls that wasn’t mine.

A cozy, quiet room in a great location. The sound insulation is good and the surroundings feel safe. Definitely recommended!
