The room had plenty of space, the staff were friendly, and it was easy to get the shower temperature right. Breakfast was a highlight, especially the fresh fruit and really good bread. Ask the breakfast lady for an omelette, she knows what she’s doing. But the beds were bad, the lamps dusty, and some furniture was broken. A few fixes could make this a four-star stay. Fine for a short visit.

We had to drop one of our two nights at the last minute because of the weather, and they cancelled it free of charge. That was good service. The rooms were clean, though a little noisy, and breakfast was delicious. Lovely place, and Bouillon is a lovely town to visit if you're nearby. I’d recommend it.

The stone throughout the place makes the noise carry, and the restaurant guests were still going at 2:30am. We were kept awake all night, while the hosts did nothing. Maybe avoid a weekend stay.

A cosy little spot with good food for the price. Just a note for couples, the bed isn't exactly sex-proof 😂

The food was lovely, depending on what you order, but the wait was long.
