Breakfast was really good, with plenty to choose from, and the staff were polite and as helpful as they could be. The rooms are cleaned daily, though they're a bit small. I would have liked more space, but for a short stay the price and quality work well. The location suits a stopover, and the centre isn't far away. For visiting the city, though, you'll need a car.

For the price, this place is great. It worked well for squeezing in one more morning of skiing on Thursday and still getting home by Friday afternoon for an exam. I'd happily return. Just be careful of the big holes in the street when you're about 100m from the entrance, even by Belgian standards.

The bathroom setup was poor: there was no proper bathroom, with the sink and shower beside the bed and the toilet tucked into a closet. There's no elevator either. The staff were rude and irritable, and breakfast wasn't enough for the number of guests. Staying here was a negative experience.

The buffet often ran out of food before it was replenished, as if they hadn't planned quantities for the number of guests. The staff also seemed poorly trained, and some receptionists were rude. We stayed four nights in a room that was much too small, with the sink inside the room and the toilet and shower arranged awkwardly. Water leaked from the shower because the door had a hole instead of a handle. Some housekeepers opened the door without knocking. There weren't any 'do not disturb' signs, so we had to ask for them.
