The apartment looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months, and many of the advertised features weren’t there. The bathroom sink was jammed and unusable, the toilet wouldn’t flush, and the kitchen sink was upside down in its frame with no faucet. The shower was very dirty. Beds weren’t set up, and mattresses were scattered around the room. There was also no television in the living room, despite it being advertised. The attached pictures show the state of the place.

The location was central, with important spots just minutes away on foot, but the apartments and their quality were disappointing in hindsight. Most things worked as intended, except some apartments had no hot water. That couldn’t be fixed during our stay, and the contacts didn’t respond while we were there. Better cleaning between guests and a way to reach someone within a 24-hour period when issues come up would improve the service.

Communication about the facilities was difficult. At first the flat seemed fine, but looking closer revealed several problems. The toilet had no flushing mechanism, the sink drain was completely clogged, and the kitchen sink had no water connections at all. One bed had clean linen and looked okay, but when I sat on it I fell to the floor because the frame had no slats.

We rented three apartments, and only one had warm water. One had no heating, which was a big problem in winter, and one of us was bitten by bed bugs. Two beds were broken, and the owner’s attempt to repair them was a joke. We tried to reach the owners on two weekend days and were ignored. They also basically can’t communicate in English. A terrible experience, not worth the money, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The location is very central, and the living area and kitchen are well furnished for a larger group to gather. But the shower’s hot water and the general heating were broken. I’d only recommend it if you like ice baths.
