The room was comfortable and nice, and breakfast had plenty to choose from. The pool was pleasant too, but staff need to keep a closer eye on the area. A British family took every chair, even moving other people's things, and wore outdoor shoes in the pool area. Staff only asked them to put on shoe covers after half an hour, and did nothing about the chairs. It made other guests uncomfortable. Check-in was also rough: our room wasn't ready on time, and the key didn't work when we finally got there. The location is fine, though parking is a hassle. There was coffee in the room but no tea, and the sweets left there were strange and inedible. I wouldn't stay again unless it cost half as much. It isn't worth the price.

We had a spacious suite where old details and newer design came together nicely. The hotel was a great weekend base, with a pool, several kinds of sauna, and an amazing breakfast with lots to choose from. The check-in could have been clearer, though. Nobody properly explained the spa rules or what time breakfast started.

Friendly, helpful staff and a very comfortable room in a nicely decorated hotel within walking distance of the old city. The big problem for my work trip was the room's internet, which barely worked, often showing one bar or none. My phone's 5G connection helped. There's a parking lot across the front, though getting into it means driving up over the curb, which seemed odd. Otherwise, the hotel is pretty and ticks most boxes.

The hilltop setting and architecture were lovely, and we had a clean, tidy room with friendly staff. We enjoyed the spa and pool, had a great massage, and found both dinner and breakfast pretty good. Checkout brought a worry, though. They tried to charge us for a brunch bill that wasn't ours. It was fixed quickly, but we'd seen earlier reviews saying this happens often. I can't tell if it's carelessness or an attempt to bring in extra money. Even so, we had a nice time.
