It's clean, well organized, and tastefully decorated, in a nice location. The bathroom could use some improvement, though. The water was only just warm?

The owners were so welcoming and friendly, and the food was great. You can borrow bikes, and it's an easy walk into town for transit.

We rented bikes here and spent two to three hours riding through the nearby forest and bike trails. It was a comfortable, relaxing way to spend the time. The bus stop is a 3-kilometer walk away, though. It's a quiet, comfortable guesthouse in the countryside. The husband and wife who own it were very friendly, and the dinner they cooked was delicious, though it costs extra. The rooms are elegant, and the tableware and furniture are lovely. The garden was the letdown, as it seemed quite messy and poorly maintained.

My girlfriend and I stayed last weekend. We couldn't get a double bed, but in the end it wasn't a big deal. The rooms were clean and nicely furnished. The place is meant for peace and relaxation, and that's what you'll find. Anyone after a party or a night out should head to Ghent, Bruges, or Brussels. The rest of us can enjoy a relaxed little green oasis and a fantastic, friendly host. The setting is beautiful, and breakfast was fantastic, with some things straight from the farm, like eggs, kiwis, and apple juice. I don't understand the negative reviews some people have left.

We expected neither luxury nor a 5* hotel, but the cleanliness really left a lot to be desired. The cups and glasses were very dirty, and there was a dried woodlouse in our little one's drinking cup. The garden was badly unkempt, and the rooms weren't very clean either. We wished we'd brought our own towels because the ones provided smelled. Breakfast was basic but good. Definitely not recommended. This one star is the highest we can give.
